(TSXV:ASL; OTC:AGSVF) is a Canada-based junior mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties focused on silver, silver-lead-zinc, and related polymetallic deposits primarily in North America and South America; through its wholly owned subsidiary Norsemont II Resources SAC, the company controls the Cochavara silver-lead-zinc project in northern Peru, consisting of six concessions totaling 3,479 hectares located in the department of La Libertad approximately 70 kilometers east of Trujillo within the Mid-Miocene Calipuy volcanic complex that hosts nearby world-class precious metal deposits including Newmont's Yanacocha and Barrick's Pierina gold mines; the company previously held interests in other projects such as the Coyote silver-gold property in Jalisco Mexico, the Victoria property, vanadium properties including Vanadium Ridge which was sold in 2021, and the Butt Township property in Canada, while actively pursuing and reviewing additional mineral exploration opportunities in North America.
