- Allspring Exchange-Traded Funds Trust – Allspring Income Plus ETF is an actively managed, diversified fixed-income exchange-traded fund that seeks total return through a high level of current income and capital appreciation. Trading on NYSE Arca under the ticker AINP, the Fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of net assets in income-producing securities and selects from a global universe of corporate and government fixed-income instruments across credit qualities and maturities. Its investment universe includes investment-grade and high-yield corporate bonds; U.S. government, agency and sovereign debt; municipal securities; mortgage-backed, asset-backed and other securitized obligations; bank loans; collateralized debt obligations; convertible securities; preferred stocks; and other income-oriented instruments. The Fund is designed for investors seeking actively managed multi-sector bond exposure and distributes income monthly. The Fund is a series of Allspring Exchange-Traded Funds Trust, a Delaware statutory trust organized in 2014 and registered as an open-end management investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Allspring Global Investments serves as the investment adviser, with distribution provided by Allspring Funds Distributor, LLC, and operates from Charlotte, North Carolina. The Fund’s strategy draws on Allspring’s Income Plus fixed-income investment approach and is managed as a non-indexed portfolio; the Bloomberg U.S. Aggregate Bond Index is used as its benchmark. Allspring Income Plus ETF commenced operations and began trading on December 4, 2024. Its launch represented a strategic expansion by Allspring Global Investments into active ETFs, alongside the Allspring Broad Market Core Bond ETF and Allspring Core Plus ETF, bringing three established active fixed-income strategies into an exchange-traded, daily transparent and intraday liquid format. The Fund’s latest disclosed operational change is an expected transition, effective August 17, 2026, to Bloomberg Evaluated Pricing Service (BVAL) as its primary fixed-income pricing vendor.
