In 2026, the REIT completed the C$12.5 million acquisition of a self-storage facility in Saint-Basile-le-Grand, strengthening its regional presence; financed the transaction through a brokered private placement of secured debentures and a non-brokered private placement of units; completed the final closing of the unit offering in August 2026, raising aggregate gross proceeds of approximately C$1.225 million; and appointed Faycal Salek as a trustee and member of its Audit Committee.
