- Investment Managers Series Trust II – Tradr 2X Short AMZN Daily ETF is a non-diversified, actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to two times the inverse (-200%) of the daily performance of Amazon.com Inc. common shares (Nasdaq: AMZN). The Fund offers exchange-traded shares under the ticker AMZO on Cboe and is designed primarily for sophisticated investors, professional traders and active investors seeking short-term inverse leveraged exposure to Amazon stock. Its investment products and services consist of daily reset inverse leveraged exposure to AMZN; portfolio management using swaps with major global financial institutions; exchange-traded call and put options, including FLEX Options; direct investments in AMZN common stock where appropriate; and collateral investments in U.S. government securities, money market funds, short-term bond ETFs and investment-grade corporate debt securities. Under normal market conditions, the Fund maintains at least 80% exposure to financial instruments providing -200% daily leveraged exposure to AMZN, rebalances its portfolio daily and may engage in frequent active trading. The Fund’s investment objective applies solely to a single trading day, and returns for periods longer or shorter than one trading day can differ materially, including in direction, from -200% of AMZN’s performance over the same period because of daily compounding, volatility, financing costs, fees and portfolio rebalancing. The Fund is a series of Investment Managers Series Trust II, a U.S. registered investment company headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and is advised by AXS Investments LLC under the Tradr ETFs brand. AMZO launched in March 2026, with an inception date of March 23, 2026 and initial trading commencing March 24, 2026, as one of four first-to-market single-stock leveraged ETFs introduced by Tradr ETFs. The Fund carries a 1.49% annual management fee, has options available for trading, and provides U.S. exchange-listed access to a tactical inverse Amazon equity strategy for investors able to monitor positions actively.
