Autohellas S.A., founded in 1962 and renamed from Hertz Hellas in 1974, is headquartered in Kifissia, Athens, Greece, and listed on the Athens Stock Exchange since 1999; it conducts business in Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Ukraine, and Portugal through subsidiaries such as Autotechnica Hellas S.A., Autotechnica (Cyprus) Ltd., and others. In May 2025, it establishes CHANGAN Hellas Single-Member S.A. for importing and distributing fully electric and plug-in hybrid Changan vehicles from China; the group invests in 11,600 new cars during first-half 2025 amid fleet expansion and reports consolidated revenue of €502.5 million for the period.
