Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, the company offers home loans for construction, purchase, renovation, and extension on customer-owned land or existing properties; business loans secured by self-occupied property up to 60% of value; quasi-home loans up to Rs. 25 lakhs for refinancing construction or house purchases; and insurance support including credit shield and property insurance through partnerships with insurers. It maintains a network of over 320 branches across 6 states and union territories, serving more than 172,000 customers with a loan book exceeding Rs. 11,700 crore as of late 2025. Recent developments include expansion to 321 branches with 20 new additions in Q2 FY26, primarily in Maharashtra and Odisha; allotment of 15,000 secured non-convertible debentures worth Rs. 150 crore in November 2025 at 7.95% coupon for a 5-year tenor; and ESOP allotments of 62,500 equity shares in November 2025, alongside sustained 22% year-over-year assets under management growth to Rs. 11,767 crore.
