Arihant Superstructures Limited is a real estate development company primarily engaged in the affordable and mid-income housing segments in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Jodhpur. Founded in 1983 and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, the company has expanded its portfolio to include premium luxury real estate, comprising villa projects, a five-star hotel, and a sports gymkhana. Arihant Superstructures manufactures and sells residential apartment units, villas, and integrated township developments. Its services encompass land acquisition, design and engineering, construction (EPC), marketing and sales, as well as joint development (JD), joint ventures (JV), and development management (DM) arrangements aimed at an asset-light business model. The company operates 15 projects under various development stages, covering around 13.5 million square feet, with a historical delivery track record of over 12,000 units across 62 projects. Recent expansions include significant land acquisitions such as 51 acres at Chowk, Navi Mumbai and an 88-acre expansion of the Town Villas project, along with 1.5 acres for a five-star hotel at World Villas. Key new launches in 2024 and 2025 include luxury villa projects World Villas featuring the Club 10 Gymkhana, Arihant Aspire Galenia, Arihant Avanti Palace, Catalina Towers, and Arihant Adarsh. The company doubled its gross development value (GDV) potential to Rs 12,500 crore in fiscal year 2025 and anticipates a business development growth of 30% CAGR through new and ongoing project phases. Arihant Superstructures has recently acquired 100% ownership of its subsidiary Dwellcons Private Limited and continues to focus on asset-light development by forging joint ventures and development partnerships, especially within 12 high-growth micro-markets in Navi Mumbai’s MMR and expanding into new micro-markets such as Titwala. Around 75% of its projects are strategically located within a 10 to 30-minute radius of the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport, enhancing their value proposition.
