VIB Vermögen AG develops, acquires, manages and selectively sells modern commercial real estate properties focused on logistics and light industrial as well as office asset classes; it provides comprehensive property management services and investment solutions for institutional investors including funds, club deals and individual mandates; and it holds interests in companies with real estate assets. The company, founded in 1993 and headquartered in Neuburg an der Donau, Germany, operates primarily in southern Germany with expansion into other regions through its integration into the Branicks Group AG network. VIB Vermögen AG's proprietary portfolio comprises 86 properties with 0.97 million sqm of rentable space valued at EUR 1.9 billion, while its institutional business manages 42 properties totaling 0.94 million sqm worth EUR 1.1 billion, achieving high occupancy rates of 95.4% and 99.3% respectively and generating annualized rental income of EUR 165 million. Its shares trade on the Munich m:access and Frankfurt Open Market exchanges under ISIN DE000A2YPDD0 with ADR ticker VIBVY. In July 2025, VIB Vermögen AG acquired the institutional investor business of Branicks Group AG for around EUR 360 million, settling a prior loan and bolstering its property management platform; in October 2025, it initiated a control and profit transfer agreement process with Branicks subsidiary DIC Real Estate Investments GmbH & Co. KGaA, including a share exchange offer for minority shareholders; and in early October 2025, it sold two logistics centers in Ingolstadt and Kösching totaling over 31,000 sqm to Deka Immobilien and MiDEAL Group to realize portfolio value and support regional diversification.
