As the leading entity of the Arlen Textile Group, employing around 793 staff, the company serves uniformed services and industrial clients across Poland and Europe, including markets in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain, Norway, the Czech Republic, and the UK, with a vertically integrated model from fabric production to finished logistics. In June 2025, Arlen S.A. completed its initial public offering on the Warsaw Stock Exchange's Main Market, raising PLN 270.9 million through 7.74 million series A shares priced at PLN 35, marking it as the second new listing that year and enabling accelerated international expansion, production of advanced technical materials, and pursuit of acquisitions such as targeted family-owned firms in Spain.
