In recent major changes within the last two years, Arrival delisted from NASDAQ in January 2024 amid insolvency proceedings, with its UK division entering administration in February 2024 and manufacturing assets acquired by Canoo in March 2024 at a significant discount to support Canoo's production; the company faced production delays, cancelled a $283 million SPAC merger with Kensington Capital Acquisition Corp V in spring 2023, lost a $25 million equity investment from Antara Capital in June 2023, cut approximately half its workforce to 800 in January 2023 while shifting focus to the US market under the Inflation Reduction Act, and appointed Igor Torgov as CEO in January 2023 before Canoo's subsequent Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing on January 17, 2025; formerly known as Arrival Group S.A., it now trades over-the-counter as ARVLF or ARVL.F following these operational and financial restructurings.
