In recent developments, Asahi Songwon Colors Limited completed the acquisition of the remaining 22% stake in Atlas Life Sciences Private Limited in March 2024, making it a wholly owned subsidiary and fully integrating its API and bulk drug operations featuring a diversified portfolio of over six products, including Pregabalin and related intermediates, supported by a WHO GMP-certified facility in Odhav, Ahmedabad, and plans for expansion on a 15,000 square meter land parcel in Chhatral.
