Incorporated in 2009 and headquartered at 7th Floor, Ashoka Chambers, opposite HCG Hospital, Mithakhali Six Roads, Mithakhali, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380006, India, it operates primarily in Gujarat and Western India targeting real estate, infrastructure and construction sectors. Its wholly owned subsidiary Rhetan TMT Limited, formerly Rhetan Rolling Mills Private Limited, manufactures TMT and round bars at a facility in Mehsana, Gujarat, with Ashoka Metcast holding an 89.39% stake as of recent updates. In August 2024, the board approved related party transactions up to INR200 crore each with Rhetan TMT Limited, Lesha Industries Limited and Ashnisha Industries Limited for purchase/sale of goods, services and other business activities; the company reported consolidated net sales of INR52.1 million for September 2025 quarter, down from prior year, alongside financial results announcements through November 2025.
