In July 2025, DigitalX underwent a transformational capital raise of approximately A$20 million, including A$13.54 million from strategic investors such as Animoca Brands, UTXO Management and ParaFi Capital, to expand its Bitcoin treasury holdings, followed by acquisitions of over 200 Bitcoin including 74.7 BTC at an average price of US$117,293, bringing its treasury value above $100 million AUD and emphasizing a Bitcoin-first strategy with a target of 2,100 BTC by 2027.
