Business
Pinnacle Minerals Limited (ASX:PIM) is an Australia-based technology minerals exploration company focused on the discovery and development of battery metals, critical minerals, precious metals, rare earth elements, heavy mineral sands, and kaolin projects. The company holds a diversified portfolio including the Adina East Lithium Project in Quebec, Canada; the Capel Mineral Sands Project in Western Australia; the Wirrulla Rare Earth Elements Project in South Australia; the Bobalong and Holly Kaolin Projects in Western Australia's Great Southern region; and prospective assets for heavy mineral sands and rare earths. Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Mount Hawthorn, Western Australia, Pinnacle Minerals conducts systematic exploration activities targeting high-value deposits for technology and defense applications across Australia, Canada, and the United States. In October 2025, the company entered a binding agreement to acquire Idaho Antimony Critical Minerals Pty Ltd, which holds exercised options over eight U.S. projects comprising antimony assets such as the Antimony Queen Project and gold-silver assets including the Justice Mine Project, located in established mining districts across Idaho and Washington. This strategic expansion into the U.S. critical minerals supply chain aligns with government initiatives like U.S. FAST-41 permitting and Department of Defense funding, enhancing Pinnacle Minerals' position in antimony, gold, silver, and technology metals sectors. The transaction supports ongoing advancements in its existing Australian and Canadian portfolio while broadening geographic operations and resource potential.
