The company holds 100% interest in the flagship Tollu Copper Project within the West Musgrave region of Western Australia, comprising a maiden JORC-compliant Mineral Resource Estimate of 3.8 million tonnes at 1.0% copper for 38,000 tonnes contained copper including oxide and cobalt resources; it also controls additional exploration tenements at the West Musgrave Project prospective for copper-nickel-cobalt-PGE mineralisation, the HanTails Gold Project in Western Australia, and Canadian assets including the James Bay Lithium Projects (Camaro, Taiga, Hellcat), Radisson East and Sakami Lithium Projects in Québec, and Attwood Lake Lithium Project in Ontario. Operations span Australia, primarily Western Australia, and Canada with targets for copper, nickel, cobalt, platinum group elements, gold, and lithium-cesium-tantalum pegmatites serving mining and battery metals sectors. Incorporated in 1999 and headquartered at 60 Havelock Street, West Perth, Australia. Recent developments include the delineation of deeper high-grade copper mineralisation from diamond drilling at Tollu in late 2025 confirming intersections 400m deeper and 130m south of known resources; a A$650,000 private placement completed in September 2025 to fund further Tollu drilling and evaluation; and quarterly activities confirming ongoing exploration upside at Tollu with high-grade assays from RC drilling.
