Business
Riedel Resources Limited (ASX:RIE) is an Australia-based mineral exploration company focused on advancing high-grade gold, silver, and base metal projects. The company holds a 90% interest in the Kingman Gold Project, comprising approximately 200 contiguous mining claims near Kingman in north-west Arizona, USA; it explores for gold, silver, lead, and zinc deposits across historic mining areas including Tintic, Merrimac, and Jim's veins, where prior drilling confirmed shallow high-grade mineralization such as 3.8m at 98.9 g/t gold and 151 g/t silver. Operations target tier-one jurisdictions in the United States, with additional exploration interests in Australia and Spain; founded in 2010, Riedel Resources is headquartered at Level 2, Suite 205A, 480 Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000, Australia. In October 2024, the company increased its stake in the Kingman Project from 51% to 90% through renegotiated agreements with Flagstaff Minerals (USA), reducing stage-two expenditure commitments. Recent capital initiatives include a June 2025 placement and Share Purchase Plan to raise up to $1.3 million for Kingman exploration, particularly at Tintic, followed by a November 2025 non-renounceable entitlement offer targeting up to $1.78 million; ongoing drilling advances at Kingman, including a diamond drill program, support feasibility studies and processing evaluations.
