ATAC Resources Ltd. was a Canadian mineral exploration company dedicated to identifying, investigating, and appraising valuable mineral deposits across Canada and in the United States. The company historically concentrated its efforts on gold, alongside discoveries of silver, lead, and zinc. Its principal asset was the extensive Rackla Gold Property in the Mayo Mining District of the Yukon Territory, spanning approximately 1,700 square kilometers and home to Carlin-type gold deposits and other prospects. In a significant corporate development, ATAC Resources Ltd. was acquired by Hecla Mining Company in 2023. Concurrently, its remaining copper-focused exploration assets were spun off into a newly formed entity, Cascadia Minerals Ltd. Originally established in 1998, ATAC Resources Ltd. maintained its headquarters in Vancouver, Canada.
