Avanti Acquisition Corp. Redeem (NYSE:AVAN-WT) represents the redeemable warrants of Avanti Acquisition Corp., a Cayman Islands-based blank check company whose Class A ordinary shares and related securities were delisted by the New York Stock Exchange in October 2022 following the board's decision to redeem all outstanding public shares at approximately $10.06 per share due to failure to complete an initial business combination within the required timeframe. The SPAC, formed in 2020 and sponsored by Avanti Acquisition SCSp (an affiliate of NNS Group, the private family office of Nassef Sawiris, and Sienna Capital, a subsidiary of Groupe Bruxelles Lambert), raised $600 million in its initial public offering of 60 million units at $10 each, consisting of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant exercisable at $11.50 per share; it targeted merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, or similar business combination with one or more businesses, particularly in Europe with a strong U.S. nexus and international reach. Each whole warrant (AVAN-WT) provided the right to purchase one Class A ordinary share at $11.50, with separate trading commencing post-IPO; however, upon liquidation, warrants received no redemption rights or liquidating distributions and expired worthless, with trading suspended alongside the shares and units. No new mergers, funding rounds, product launches, or operational changes have occurred since the 2022 liquidation and delisting, and the warrants currently trade at near-zero value with no active operations or revival reported as of late 2025.
