Axiant Resources Limited is an Australia-based, gold-focused mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and evaluation of gold and selected non-lithium mineral rights. The Company’s principal activity is advancing a district-scale portfolio of exploration assets in the Pine Creek Orogen of the Northern Territory and in South Australia, with its flagship Shoobridge Gold Project comprising a drill-confirmed, shallow gold system located approximately 160 kilometres south-southeast of Darwin. Its exploration services and activities include geological mapping; geochemical and soil sampling; airborne, ground and induced-polarisation geophysical surveys; target generation; reverse-circulation and diamond drilling; mineral-resource estimation and technical studies. Axiant also holds or is acquiring gold and non-lithium exploration tenements and mineral rights across the Adelaide River, Jervois, Albarta, Mt Freeling and Yerelina project areas, as well as gold rights over 10 exploration licences at the Finniss Lithium Project. Core Lithium Limited retains lithium rights in the Shoobridge and Adelaide River project areas. The Company operates primarily in Australia and targets prospective gold, base-metal and other non-lithium mineral systems within its Northern Territory and South Australian land packages. Axiant was established in 2026 and is headquartered in Australia. In 2026, the Company completed the acquisition of Core Lithium’s non-lithium exploration asset portfolio through the acquisition of DBL Blues Pty Ltd and Sturt Exploration Pty Ltd, separating those assets from Core Lithium’s lithium-focused business. Axiant was admitted to the Australian Securities Exchange on 2 September 2026 under the ticker AXR after completing an A$8 million initial public offering through the issue of 40 million shares at A$0.20 per share; Core Lithium retained an initial approximately 33% equity interest, comprising 20 million ordinary shares, together with performance rights linked to defined resource-growth and share-price milestones. Following its listing, Axiant commenced geophysical work at Shoobridge, including a gravity-assisted induced-polarisation survey, to refine drill targets ahead of a planned maiden drilling campaign.
