- ETF Opportunities Trust – T-REX 2X Long AXTI Daily Target ETF is a U.S.-domiciled, non-diversified exchange-traded fund that seeks investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to 200% of the daily price performance of the publicly traded common stock of AXT, Inc. (Nasdaq: AXTI). Trading on Cboe under the ticker AXTU, the fund provides leveraged, long, single-stock exposure for active and sophisticated investors seeking to express a short-term bullish view on AXT, a semiconductor-substrate manufacturer. The fund does not invest directly in AXT common stock and is not affiliated with AXT; rather, it obtains daily leveraged exposure principally through financial instruments, including swap agreements and other derivatives, and may hold cash, cash equivalents, and fixed-income instruments as collateral or for liquidity management. It normally invests at least 80% of net assets in financial instruments designed to provide, in aggregate, 200% daily exposure to AXTI. The fund is concentrated in the technology sector and semiconductor industry through its exposure to AXT and is designed for daily, rather than multi-day, investment objectives; daily rebalancing and compounding can cause performance over periods longer than one trading day to differ materially from twice AXT’s cumulative return. ETF Opportunities Trust launched AXTU on May 5, 2026, as part of the T-REX product line developed by REX Shares and Tuttle Capital Management, which offers leveraged and inverse single-stock exchange-traded products for tactical trading strategies. REX Shares serves as the T-REX brand’s exchange-traded-product sponsor and specializes in alternative-strategy ETFs and ETNs, while Tuttle Capital Management acts as the investment adviser and provides thematic and actively managed ETF expertise. The fund is distributed by Foreside Fund Services, LLC. AXTU’s underlying reference company, AXT, develops and manufactures indium phosphide, gallium arsenide, and germanium wafer substrates used in fiber-optic and 5G communications, data-center connectivity, LEDs, lasers, photonic integrated circuits, lidar, and advanced-sensing applications. The fund’s principal recent developments include its May 2026 launch, which expanded the T-REX suite of leveraged and inverse single-stock ETFs, and a 1-for-10 reverse share split approved by ETF Opportunities Trust’s Board of Trustees, effective after market close on August 21, 2026, with split-adjusted trading commencing August 24, 2026.
