- Azarga Metals Corp. is a Canadian mineral exploration and development company focused on the acquisition, exploration, evaluation and advancement of copper-rich volcanogenic massive sulfide, or VMS, mineral properties. The Company’s principal asset is its wholly owned Marg Project, comprising approximately 400 mineral claims covering about 8,400 hectares in the Keno Hill mining district of central Yukon, Canada, approximately 40 kilometers east of Keno City. Marg is an undeveloped, high-grade copper-rich VMS deposit with associated gold and silver credits; Azarga’s activities include diamond drilling, geological mapping, geophysical and geochemical surveys, sampling, resource estimation, technical reporting and project development planning. The Company targets the delineation and advancement of copper, gold and silver mineral resources rather than commercial mine production. Azarga Metals acquired its 100% interest in the Marg Project in July 2025 and subsequently announced an NI 43-101-compliant mineral resource estimate in September 2025. In 2026, the Company announced its Marg Project drilling program, mobilized a drill rig and ancillary equipment to the property in August, appointed Matt Bolu to its board of directors, and announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 13,888,889 common shares at CAD0.18 per share for gross proceeds of up to CAD2.5 million in September 2026. Formerly known as European Uranium Resources Ltd., the Company adopted the Azarga Metals Corp. name in May 2016. Incorporated in 1966, Azarga Metals is headquartered in White Rock, British Columbia, Canada.
