Business
Allpark Empreendimentos, Participações e Serviços S.A., commercially known as Estapar, is a Brazil-based urban mobility infrastructure and parking management company specializing in the administration, operation, and digital enablement of on-street and off-street vehicle parking facilities. Founded in 1981 and headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil, the company operates across major metropolitan areas throughout Brazil, serving individual motorists, corporate enterprises, commercial property owners, and municipal authorities across several core business divisions, including Leased and Managed Operations, Public Concessions, Owned Facilities, Long-Term Contracts, and Digital Mobility Services. The company provides a comprehensive portfolio of parking and automotive mobility solutions, comprising off-street parking facility management and operational outsourcing for shopping centers, commercial office buildings, international and regional airports, hospital networks, university campuses, entertainment arenas, and mixed-use real estate complexes; on-street regulated public parking concession operations, including the physical and digital administration of municipal blue zone (Zona Azul) parking systems; digital mobility and automotive fintech solutions delivered through its proprietary Zul+ mobile platform, which includes digital parking payments, electronic toll tag integration, vehicle licensing and property tax (IPVA) installment processing, traffic fine management, on-demand auto insurance distribution, and vehicle service booking; electric vehicle (EV) charging network installation, maintenance, and energy management services through its Ecovagas charging infrastructure network; parking technology and access automation solutions, including automated ticket dispensers, license plate recognition (LPR) systems, smart occupancy guidance hardware, and centralized revenue control software; and specialized traffic management services, including valet operations, airport terminal shuttle logistics, and urban traffic engineering consulting. In recent developments, Allpark has accelerated the nationwide expansion of its operational footprint, reaching over 800 active locations and managing more than 540,000 parking spaces across Brazil. The company expanded the monetization and user reach of its Zul+ mobility super-app, resulting in digital solutions generating over 20% of consolidated net revenues. Operationally and financially, the company executed corporate capital restructuring initiatives and liability management measures to absorb accumulated losses and optimize its balance sheet, successfully driving a operational turnaround to net profitability. In addition, Allpark has secured and expanded long-term municipal and transport concession agreements, expanded the deployment of its Ecovagas electric vehicle charging grid across commercial and residential hubs, and integrated additional embedded financial products and digital payment capabilities across its mobility applications.
