As always, it is a pleasure and an honor to be here at the third quarter 2025 earnings conference call for EZTEC. I would like to start off by talking about our launches.

We are coming now from the biggest and best pace of launches for the company, and that is throughout either the third quarter or the already announced fourth quarter of 2025, and that is for the entire history in which EZTEC has been publicly traded. In 9M25, we reached R$1.581 billion, but all calculated, we have surpassed R$2 billion in launches.

Nevertheless, I would like to comment about what these launches are. First, we begin with Parque Osasco.

This is a My Home, My Life venture done in a partnership in the city of Osasco near major highways, with 35% sold already. These are sales that we are performing with the utmost strategy.

The next launch is Ville Marine. This is a real highlight of the year in terms of sales.
