The company's integrated portfolio of products and services comprises land prospecting, parcel acquisition, and site feasibility analysis; urbanistic planning, architectural design coordination, and municipal permitting; construction project management, contractor oversight, and quality control; residential building development, including studio, single-family, and multi-bedroom condominium units; real estate marketing, sales intermediation, and brokerage operations; mortgage financing assistance and bank credit intermediation for homebuyers; and post-construction technical assistance, customer care, and warranty management services. In recent corporate developments, the company executed a comprehensive corporate rebranding in June 2023, changing its legal name from CR2 Empreendimentos Imobiliarios SA to Fica Empreendimentos Imobiliarios SA and transitioning its B3 trading ticker from CRDE3 to FIEI3. In August 2025, the company entered into a memorandum of understanding to evaluate a business combination with homebuilder BRZ Empreendimentos, negotiations for which were formally concluded and terminated in February 2026 upon expiration of the evaluation period without final transaction terms. Additionally, the company implemented executive leadership reorganizations across 2024 and 2025, alongside notable changes in its shareholder structure, including Promult Empreendimentos e Participacoes increasing its equity stake in the company to 10.23% in June 2025.
