Brown Advisory International Value Select ETF (BAIV) is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing in a diverse portfolio of non-U.S. equity securities exhibiting value characteristics. The Fund employs a modern behavioral value investing approach to identify companies trading at a discount to their intrinsic value, as assessed through business quality, normalized earnings power, and integrated risk management frameworks; it allocates across developed and emerging markets in small-, mid-, and large-cap equities. Launched on February 26, 2026, and trading on Nasdaq, BAIV represents the inaugural U.S.-market vehicle for Brown Advisory's new Global Value Select and International Value Select strategies, managed by a London-based team led by Partner and Portfolio Manager Nick Kirrage, who joined from Schroders in October 2025, alongside Associate Portfolio Manager Michael Heap (from Orbis in December 2025) and analysts Haseem Shah (from Mondrian) and Valerio Dussizza (from Lansdowne Partners). This launch marks a major strategic expansion into dedicated value capabilities, building on Brown Advisory's prior ETF initiatives such as the Flexible Equity ETF (BAFE) in November 2024 via partnership with SEI Investments Distribution Co. and Vident Asset Management. The ETF is advised by Brown Advisory LLC, a subsidiary of the independent investment management firm founded in 1998 and headquartered at 901 South Bond Street, Suite 400, Baltimore, Maryland, which oversees approximately $173.5 billion in client assets across global offices serving clients in around 50 countries.
