Baron ETF Trust – Baron Global Durable Advantage ETF is a non-diversified, actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks capital appreciation through investments primarily in equity securities of companies in established and developing markets worldwide. Trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker BCGD, the Fund invests across the market-capitalization range represented by the MSCI All Country World Index, with a normal-market policy to invest at least 40% of net assets in companies outside the United States; under unfavorable market conditions, the minimum non-U.S. allocation is 30%. The Fund targets well-managed businesses with durable competitive advantages that are progressing through later stages of their growth curves, generate high returns on invested capital and produce significant excess free cash flow. Its investment portfolio includes global growth companies across information technology; financials; consumer discretionary; industrials; communication services; health care; real estate; and consumer staples, with holdings including Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing, NVIDIA, Amazon.com, Visa, Alphabet, ASML Holding, S&P Global, CME Group, Meta Platforms, Eli Lilly, Brookfield, Ajinomoto, Atlas Copco, Stevanato Group, Tencent, MercadoLibre, Quanta Services, Amphenol, Ferrari and Samsung Electronics. The Fund may invest in U.S., developed-market, emerging-market and frontier-market issuers and does not generally conduct extensive foreign-currency hedging. BAMCO, Inc. serves as investment adviser, while Alex Umansky and Guy Tartakovsky have co-managed the Fund since inception. Baron Global Durable Advantage ETF was established on December 12, 2025, and is part of the New York-based Baron Capital organization, a growth-equity investment manager founded in 1982. The Fund charges a 0.75% unitary management fee, under which BAMCO bears most Fund operating expenses, excluding specified transaction, interest, dividend, foreign-tax-reclaim and extraordinary expenses. The Fund’s latest major strategic development is its launch as one of five actively managed Baron ETFs that began trading on December 15, 2025, expanding Baron Capital’s investment offerings into an ETF structure and extending its durable-advantage investment approach to global large-cap growth equities. As of September 9, 2026, the Fund reported approximately $9.77 million in net assets as of June 30, 2026, and held approximately 40 equity securities, with material exposure to the United States, Taiwan, Canada, Sweden, the Netherlands, Japan, Italy, Brazil, France, South Korea, China, Argentina and India.
