EA Series Trust, formerly Alpha Architect ETF Trust and founded in 2013 as a Delaware statutory trust, is headquartered at 19 East Eagle Road, Havertown, Pennsylvania 19083; Honeytree Investment Management Ltd., the sub-adviser founded in 2018 by Paula Glick and Liz Simmie and headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, manages the portfolio with Liz Simmie as primary portfolio manager since inception.
