- Impol Seval AD is a Serbia-based industrial manufacturing company engaged in the production, processing, and distribution of rolled aluminium and aluminium alloy products. Founded in 1975 and headquartered in Sevojno, Serbia, the company operates as a key manufacturing subsidiary of Slovenia-based Impol Group. Impol Seval serves industrial clients worldwide, delivering semi-finished aluminium solutions across diverse sectors including automotive and transportation, building and construction, electrical engineering, industrial equipment, packaging, and consumer durables.
The company offers a comprehensive product portfolio categorized by processing method and surface treatment, comprising hot-rolled aluminium strips and thick plates; cold-rolled coils, strips, sheets, and circles; painted and lacquered aluminium coils and sheets under the SevalColor brand for architectural cladding, facades, and composite panels; corrugated and trapezoidal profiled sheets for roofing and wall coverings; tread and embossed plates with diamond, five-bar, and stucco finishes; brazing sheets and clad strips engineered for automotive heat exchangers, radiators, and cooling systems; discs and circular blanks for the cookware and lighting industries; and continuously cast aluminium slabs and billets. Complementary services include custom slitting, precision cut-to-length shearing, protective foil application, metallurgical testing, and secondary aluminium scrap remelting and recycling. Impol Seval exports over ninety percent of its total production volume, maintaining strong market penetration across the European Union, including Germany, Italy, Austria, France, Poland, and Slovenia, as well as Southeastern Europe and North America.
In recent operations, Impol Seval has executed comprehensive modernization and sustainability programs across its Sevojno manufacturing complex to expand capacity in specialized alloy segments and meet tightening environmental requirements. The company invested in technological upgrades to its cold rolling mills, coil coating lines, and automated finishing and packaging facilities, strengthening its output of specialized alloys for the automotive and transportation sectors. To advance its decarbonization agenda and ensure compliance with European Union Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism regulations, the company constructed and commissioned on-site rooftop solar photovoltaic power installations to increase self-generated renewable energy utilization, alongside modernizing its melting and casting furnaces to optimize energy efficiency and elevate the proportion of recycled aluminium scrap in its production cycle. Impol Seval also continues to deepen operational and technical integration within the Impol Group network, enhancing raw material sourcing, joint research and development initiatives for lightweight alloy formulations, and multi-channel European distribution logistics.
