- Beauce Gold Fields Inc. engages in the acquisition, exploration and evaluation of mineral properties in Québec, Canada, with a primary focus on placer and lode gold and apatite-phosphate prospects. The Company’s principal gold assets comprise the Beauce Gold Property in Saint-Simon-les-Mines/Beauceville, including the approximately six-kilometre Saint-Simon-les-Mines paleoplacer channel and the Grondin Zone/Saddle Reef structure; the Ditton Gold Property in the Chartierville area of southern Québec, which targets placer-channel and hard-rock gold potential; and associated real-estate holdings and mineral claims in the Beauce Gold District. Its phosphate portfolio includes the CH-98 apatite-phosphate property and other prospective phosphate claims in Québec’s Lac-Saint-Jean anorthosite region, including the France Phosphate Property acquired in 2025. The Company conducts geological mapping, prospecting, sampling, trenching, diamond and sonic drilling, seismic-refraction geophysics, three-dimensional geological modelling, metallurgical testing and other exploration activities intended to identify and delineate economically viable gold and phosphate mineralization. It markets no commercial mineral products and remains an exploration-stage company.
Beauce Gold Fields’ exploration strategy seeks to trace historically productive placer-gold occurrences to their potential bedrock sources while assessing phosphate-bearing material for potential use in critical-mineral and lithium-iron-phosphate battery supply chains. Its property portfolio comprises more than 250 mining claims in Québec; public company information identifies the Beauce Gold Project as containing 152 claims and approximately 4,808.95 hectares, while the Company has also reported a Québec phosphate land package of approximately 300 claims covering 19,935 hectares. The Company reported phosphate assay results of 8.07% P₂O₅ in 2025 and metallurgical test work producing a 38.9% P₂O₅ concentrate with 93.4% recovery, subject to the limitations inherent in exploration and metallurgical test results. Beauce Gold Fields was incorporated in 2016 and is headquartered in Montréal, Québec, Canada.
Recent developments include the commencement of a 2026 diamond-drilling program at the Grondin Zone targeting the Saddle Reef antiform, with Phase 1 planned for five holes totaling approximately 500 metres as part of a program of up to 1,500 metres. The Company subsequently reported gold assay results from that program, including 27.0 metres grading 0.60 grams per tonne gold in hole GR-26-03, including 10.0 metres grading 1.30 grams per tonne gold and 1.0 metre grading 6.59 grams per tonne gold. In 2026, Québec’s Ministry of Natural Resources and Forests authorized impact exploration work for sonic drilling and seismic-refraction surveys on the Saint-Simon-les-Mines paleoplacer channel, with the permits valid through April 2028. In August 2026, the Company identified historic mine shafts on Company-owned land at the eastern end of the paleoplacer channel corresponding spatially with the nineteenth-century De Léry Lot 14 mining area, and announced a proposed non-brokered private placement of 20,000,000 units at C$0.03 per unit for gross proceeds of C$600,000, with proceeds intended for exploration and general corporate purposes.
