Its periodical publications portfolio features leading licensed and domestic titles, including Elle, Elle Decoration, Maison Française, Capital, Auto Show, Chip, Popular Science, How It Works, All About Space, and History of War. In September 2024, a consortium consisting of Alt Capital Holding A.S., Re-Pie Portfoy Yonetimi A.S., Altun Capital Girisim Sermayesi Yatirim Fonu, and Re-Pie Yatirim Holding A.S. acquired the controlling 76.30 percent stake in the company from Dogan Sirketler Grubu Holding A.S. and Burda GmbH for 10 million USD. Following the acquisition, the company underwent a corporate restructuring and strategic pivot toward digital technologies, officially changing its corporate name from Dogan Burda Dergi Yayincilik ve Pazarlama A.S. to Big Medya Teknoloji A.S. in October 2025, followed by the transition of its Borsa Istanbul trading symbol from DOBUR to BIGTK in November 2025. In late 2025, Big Medya Teknoloji A.S. executed a merger with software developer Wisest Yazilim A.S., absorbing all of its assets, liabilities, and intellectual property to expand its product offerings into enterprise artificial intelligence, immersive technologies, and digital software infrastructure.
