The company operates across chemical, construction, automotive, and packaging sectors, offering an extensive portfolio of expanded foam products. Its core product lines include cross-linked polyethylene foam (XLPE) and polypropylene foam engineered for automotive interior parts, sound insulation, vibration dampening, gasket manufacturing, sports gear, and footwear under the Foamex brand; tubular and flat polyethylene insulation for plumbing, HVAC, and industrial piping under the Polyberk and Proberk brands; specialized protective foam sheets, profiles, and corner protectors designed for sensitive surfaces, furniture, and electronics under the Airfoam brand; impact-resistant packaging foils and air-cushioned protective solutions for logistics, ceramics, and glassware under the Airpack brand; and reflective insulation membranes, vapor barriers, and roofing underlayments designed for heat shielding and energy efficiency in residential and commercial buildings under the Reflekt and Reflekt X brands. The company serves diverse customer segments encompassing building contractors, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the automotive and HVAC industries, packaging distributors, furniture manufacturers, and retail insulation markets across Europe, the Middle East, and the Caucasus. Berkosan maintains production plants in Saray (Tekirdag) and Bozuyuk (Bilecik), Turkey, as well as manufacturing and distribution operations in Valencia, Spain, and Nova Pazova, Serbia. Its international operations are conducted through subsidiaries, including its wholly owned subsidiary Berkosan Iberica S.L.U. in Spain and its majority-owned subsidiary Berkosan Balkans D.O.O. in Serbia. Founded in 1993, Berkosan Yalitim ve Tecrit Maddeleri Uretim ve Ticaret A.S. is headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey, and is publicly listed on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker BRKSN. In recent corporate developments, the company executed executive leadership and governance transitions across its parent board and European subsidiaries, appointing new leadership to oversee international growth and the operations of Berkosan Iberica S.L.U. Operationally, Berkosan has focused on scaling its high-value cross-linked foam capacity, modernizing production lines to enhance export capabilities into the European Union, and expanding technical insulation offerings to align with international energy-efficiency and sustainable building standards.
