Isik Plastik Sanayi ve Dis Ticaret Pazarlama AS is a Turkey-based industrial manufacturer and exporter specializing in the production of extruded plastic sheets, thermoformed food packaging containers, masterbatches, and engineering plastic compounds. Founded in 1988 and headquartered in Gebze, Kocaeli, Turkey, the company operates primarily across three core business divisions: Industrial Plastic Sheets, Thermoformed Packaging, and Compounds and Masterbatches. Under its flagship brand Policam, the company manufactures a comprehensive portfolio of thermoplastic sheets, including solid polycarbonate sheets; multiwall polycarbonate sheets; extruded and cast acrylic (polymethyl methacrylate or PMMA) sheets; polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PET-G) and amorphous polyethylene terephthalate (A-PET) sheets; anti-glare and light-diffusing optical sheets; acoustic sound barriers for highway and railway infrastructure; and specialized flame-retardant, UV-resistant, and bullet-resistant safety glazing. Under its Vivapak brand, the company produces thermoformed rigid food packaging solutions using automated inline thermoforming technologies, supplying polypropylene (PP) and polystyrene (PS) drinking cups, yogurt and dairy containers, deli tubs, tamper-evident food containers, bowls, plates, and corresponding snap-on lids. Through its Granuls brand, the company develops and compounds plastic raw materials, color masterbatches, and functional additive compounds tailored for polymer processing. Additionally, Isik Plastik produces specialized injection-molded components for medical and pharmaceutical applications, including droppers, caps, measuring spoons, and cannulas. The company serves a diversified global customer base across construction, architecture, digital and illuminated signage, automotive, display technology, security, food and beverage processing, catering, and healthcare sectors. Geographically, Isik Plastik operates two integrated manufacturing facilities located in the Gebze Organized Industrial Zone and exports its products to approximately 60 countries across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa, supported by international distribution entities including its US-based subsidiaries Sirius Plastic LLC and Ug Plast Inc. In recent corporate and operational developments, Isik Plastik has expanded its production capacity and technical capabilities through the operational ramp-up of its second Gebze production plant (Isik-2), boosting output for cast acrylic and multiwall polycarbonate lines. The company has completed a major corporate capitalization program, executing a 604.49 percent bonus share capital increase from internal equity reserves to elevate its registered capital to TRY 1.50 billion. Furthermore, the company has broadened its sustainable product offerings by launching eco-friendly sheet series incorporating post-industrial recycled plastics, expanded its North American market penetration through Ug Plast Inc., and authorized capital management programs on Borsa Istanbul while continuing investments through its certified Ministry R&D center in high-efficiency optical polymers and advanced material formulations.
