Business
Konya Kagit Sanayi ve Ticaret AS is a Turkey-based industrial manufacturing company primarily engaged in the production, processing, and marketing of paper, cardboard packaging, and stationery products. Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Konya, Turkey, the company operates as a subsidiary of Bera Holding AS. The company conducts its operations across three primary business divisions: Paper Production, Cardboard Packaging and Printing, and Stationery and Notebook Manufacturing. Its comprehensive product and service portfolio encompasses uncoated woodfree printing and writing paper; A4, A3, and customized cut-size office copy paper; continuous form paper; exercise notebooks, spiral-bound notebooks, wire-stitched notebooks, and office stationery; offset-printed folding cartons, coated cardboard packaging, and food-grade consumer packaging; commercial graphic design, printing, and publishing services for books, brochures, and promotional materials; and recovered paper collection and processing for industrial recycling. Konya Kagit operates integrated production and converting facilities in Konya and Istanbul, supported by on-site cogeneration energy infrastructure that supplies steam and power for manufacturing operations. The company distributes its products domestically and exports to international markets across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa, catering to commercial printers, educational publishers, corporate stationery distributors, and fast-moving consumer goods manufacturers. In recent strategic and operational developments, Konya Kagit has advanced its green transition by investing in industrial rooftop and ground-mounted solar power plant (GES) installations to optimize operational energy costs and lower carbon emissions. Additionally, the company has executed modernization projects across its paper machine units to improve resource efficiency and expanded its high-speed automated packaging and notebook converting lines to increase production throughput and meet growing export demand.
