Its primary products and services include the development and sale of master-planned residential and mixed-use communities, including flagship projects such as Buyukyali Istanbul, Hayat Tepe, Hayat Tepe Suites, Ozak Gokturk, Ozak Duyu Gokturk, Ozak Doa, and Ozak Dragos; the development, leasing, and management of grade-A commercial office buildings, including Is Istanbul 34 and 34 Portall Plaza; the ownership, development, and operation of luxury resort hotels and leisure facilities, anchored by the Ela Excellence Resort Belek; the development and operation of gastronomy, culture, and retail centers, such as Fisekhane and Bulvar 216; the provision of logistics and warehousing facilities; and integrated facility and property management services delivered through specialized operational subsidiaries, including Ela Hospitality Turizm ve Otelcilik AS, Ozak Kemer Otel Isletmeleri AS, Buyukyali Otel Isletmeciligi AS, and Buyukyali Tesis Yonetimi AS. The company serves institutional tenants, commercial enterprises, individual homebuyers, and international leisure travelers across major metropolitan and coastal regions in Turkey, with primary concentrations in Istanbul, Antalya, Mugla, and Aydin. In recent strategic developments, the company expanded its luxury hospitality operations by entering into a long-term management agreement with Marriott International to operate the luxury all-inclusive resort The Ritz-Carlton, Kemer in Antalya. Furthermore, the company initiated geographic diversification into European markets through the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary in the United Kingdom, Ozak Real Estate Development Ltd, while continuing the progression of major domestic developments such as Hayat Flora, Mahmutbey Hayat City, and new project phases in Gokturk and Bodrum. Ozak Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi AS was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey.
