Its core product portfolio encompasses aluminum anodizing chemicals, including alkaline degreasers, long-life matting and acid etching additives, electrolytic brightening formulations, tin sulphate-based electrolytic coloring salts, inorganic dye solutions, chemical neutralization agents, and cold, medium-temperature, and hot sealing compounds; powder coating pre-treatment chemicals, comprising acidic and alkaline cleaning systems, eco-friendly chrome-free conversion coatings based on zirconium and titanium technologies, and chromate passivations; and specialized auxiliary process additives for chemical bath stabilization. In addition to chemical manufacturing, the company designs, fabricates, and installs complete industrial finishing installations, offering turnkey automated and manual anodizing lines; corrosion-resistant process tanks; overhead crane automation systems; process cooling and heating equipment; acid recovery systems; wastewater treatment and demineralization units; and air extraction and scrubber technologies. Its service offerings include comprehensive plant design, facility modernization, laboratory chemical analysis, process bath management, and after-sales technical maintenance. In recent strategic and operational developments, Politeknik Metal expanded its production capacity for tin sulphate, a primary chemical component in electrolytic coloring processes, increasing annual output capacity from 1,200 metric tons to 1,800 metric tons following official industrial authorization in 2026. The company has also expanded its research and product development initiatives to introduce advanced, eco-friendly chrome-free surface treatment chemistries specifically engineered for lightweight automotive aluminum components and electric vehicle applications. Furthermore, Politeknik Metal continues to deepen its commercial and operational integration with parent group Element Solutions Inc., expanding its global export channels and international supply chain capabilities.
