Business
BluEnergies Ltd. is a Vancouver, British Columbia-based international oil and gas exploration and development company founded in 2020, focused on identifying, evaluating and advancing offshore hydrocarbon opportunities. The Company’s principal activities comprise deepwater oil and natural gas exploration in West Africa, with an emphasis on basin-floor-fan geological plays; acquisition, leasing, technical evaluation, reserves assessment, drilling and development planning for oil, natural gas and condensate prospects; and the pursuit of shallow-water development opportunities in the U.S. Gulf of America. Its primary asset base includes interests in Blocks LB-26, LB-30 and LB-31 in the Harper Basin offshore Liberia, encompassing approximately 8,924 square kilometers, where it partners with TotalEnergies to explore deepwater basin-floor-fan prospects. BluEnergies also holds a 100% working interest in the 5,000-acre SS-59 federal lease block in the Crown Royal prospect offshore Louisiana, a shallow-water channel-levee complex with multiple prospective sand intervals; the Company has engaged an independent Houston-based engineering firm to evaluate the property’s oil and gas reserves and support future drilling and development plans. BluEnergies markets its securities on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol BLU, on OTCQX under BLUGF and in Germany under 66E. Recent corporate developments include the July 2026 closing of a C$20.7 million non-brokered private placement of units; the September 2026 extension of its strategic financial-advisory agreement with Canaccord Genuity Corp. through December 14, 2026 and amendment of its financial-advisory arrangement with Haywood Securities Inc.; and continued advancement of its offshore Liberia partnership with TotalEnergies and its Gulf of America expansion through the SS-59 acquisition.
