In a major operational expansion, the company completed the 20.9 million euro acquisition of a cold-storage logistics portfolio from Patrizia-managed EuroLog Wolf, comprising a 9,500-square-meter facility in Sant Esteve Sesrovires, Barcelona, and a 4,300-square-meter facility in Ribarroja de Turia, Valencia, both occupied under long-term leases by cold-chain logistics specialist Logifrío.
