BNY Mellon Multi-Sector Income ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund domiciled in the United States that seeks a high level of current income, with long-term capital appreciation as a secondary objective. The fund invests principally in fixed-income securities and dynamically allocates assets across global fixed-income sectors using proprietary credit research and fundamental analysis; its investment portfolio includes corporate bonds; sovereign and other government obligations; notes, including structured notes; mortgage-related securities; asset-backed securities; and cash or money-market instruments. The fund may invest in securities of U.S., foreign and emerging-market issuers and may allocate up to 65% of net assets, at purchase, to below-investment-grade or unrated-equivalent debt securities. BNY Mellon Multi-Sector Income ETF serves investors seeking liquid, exchange-traded exposure to diversified income-oriented global credit and securitized-debt markets and may be bought or sold during normal market trading hours. The fund is advised by BNY Mellon ETF Investment Adviser, LLC and sub-advised by its affiliate, Insight North America LLC; Brendan Murphy, James DiChiaro and Scott Zaleski are the primary portfolio managers. The ETF is sponsored within the BNY Mellon ETF Trust II platform and was formed on July 27, 2026. The fund’s most recent major development is its July 2026 launch by BNY Mellon alongside the BNY Mellon Global Fixed Income ETF, expanding BNY Mellon’s active fixed-income ETF lineup with a strategy designed to provide flexible exposure across global bond markets and multiple credit sectors.
