Bank of Hawaii Corporation (NYSE: BOH) operates as a regional bank holding company that provides a broad range of financial products and services to businesses, consumers, and governments primarily in Hawaii, Guam, Saipan, Palau, and other Pacific islands; its principal subsidiary, Bank of Hawaii, founded in 1897 and headquartered at 130 Merchant Street in Honolulu, Hawaii, offers retail banking including checking, savings, time deposit accounts, residential mortgages, home equity lines of credit, automobile loans and leases, personal loans, credit cards, and overdraft protection; commercial banking encompassing corporate lending, commercial real estate loans, construction loans, equipment financing, commercial lease financing, auto dealer floorplan inventory financing, and treasury and cash management services such as account reconciliation, ACH origination and debit block, payroll services, and business cash advantage accounts; private client and international banking services; trust services; investment management and advisory through Bankoh Investment Services, Inc., featuring managed accounts, mutual funds, annuities, life insurance, and financial planning; wealth management; insurance products; credit and debit cards; loans and leasing; estate planning; and digital banking solutions including mobile and online platforms with budgeting tools and automated savings features. The company organizes its operations into consumer banking, commercial banking, investment services, and treasury segments, with subsidiaries engaged in equipment leasing, securities brokerage, and credit insurance; it maintains the largest network of branches, accounts, customers, and ATMs among Hawaii-based financial institutions and supports community initiatives through grants and branch expansions. In March 2025, Bank of Hawaii entered a networking agreement with Cetera Financial Institutions to provide broker-dealer services for its investment arm, Bankoh Investment Services, Inc., which manages approximately $2.5 billion in assets under administration and plans to rebrand as Bankoh Advisors later in the year to enhance technology, resources, and scalability; recent executive changes include the promotion of Bradley S. Satenberg to Vice Chair and Chief Financial Officer in 2025 following Dean Shigemura's retirement, alongside announcements of new Executive Vice President Jeffry Trad, Senior Vice President Oscar Solis, and West Pacific Regional Market President Michael Sakazaki; the company opened new Branches of Tomorrow in Lahaina and on Hawaii Island, a West Pacific Regional Headquarters in Guam, and launched small business grants for Saipan and emergency relief for federal workers, while reporting strong Q3 2025 results with net income of $53.3 million, diluted EPS of $1.20, and a quarterly dividend of $0.70 per share.
