Archidply Industries Limited is an India-based manufacturer of wood-based panel products and decorative interior solutions, including plywood, laminates, and medium-density fiberboard (MDF). The company produces a comprehensive range of plywood under brands such as Archidply, Monarchply, Ojas, and Silvi in commercial, boiled water resistant (BWR), moisture resistant (MR), marine, and fire retardant grades; high-pressure decorative laminates (HPL) under Archidlam, Monarchlam, and Archidstar brands featuring over 1,000 designs and 50 textures including antibacterial, industrial, compact, and exterior-grade (Externo) variants; flush doors and laminated doors; densified film-faced plywood; pre-laminated particle boards; high-performance laminates (HPL) cladding; wood polymer composites (WPC) for outdoor applications; extreme density high moisture resistant (EDHMR) boards; and MDF products encompassing interior grade, exterior grade, high-density fiberboard (HDF), and pre-laminated options under the Archidpanel brand. Founded in 1976 and headquartered in New Delhi with primary manufacturing facilities in Rudrapur and Sitarganj, Uttarakhand, Archidply operates through an extensive distribution network of over 2,000 dealers across 27 states in India and exports to more than 20 countries worldwide. The company serves residential, commercial, hospitality, and industrial markets, focusing on architects, designers, contractors, and end-consumers seeking durable, eco-friendly, and trend-aligned interior solutions certified under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. It maintains 20 sales offices, 7 warehouses, and emphasizes sustainable practices using 100% renewable agroforestry wood. In recent developments, Archidply incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, Archidpanel Industries Private Limited, in 2022 to establish a greenfield MDF manufacturing facility in Sitarganj, Uttarakhand, which commenced commercial production in March 2024 with plans to reach 75% capacity utilization by the final quarter of FY25, targeting northern, western, and eastern India markets and expected to boost group turnover by ₹200 crore at full capacity. The company launched new 1mm laminate folders named Innoveta for retail and Endura for projects during a dealer event in July 2025, while showcasing MDF, EDHMR, pre-laminated MDF, HPL, and plywood at the Matecia building materials expo in August 2024. These expansions complement its core plywood and laminate verticals, which accounted for 61% and 32% of FY24 revenue, respectively, with MDF contributing 6% amid a 63% revenue growth in that segment.
