The company serves industries such as iron and steel, power, oil and gas, fertilizers, pulp and paper, water, chemicals, and cement, with exports to global markets and a manufacturing facility in Wada, Maharashtra. Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Mumbai, India, it recently executed a significant order for cast high-pressure double disc gate valves to a leading steel plant in West India, supplied DN 3000 mm double offset butterfly valves to an integrated steel plant in Gujarat for flare stack isolation, and completed a private placement in August 2024 raising approximately INR 497.5 million through equity shares and convertible warrants from investors including Taurus Infrastructure Fund and Capri Global Holdings Private Limited.
