Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Hyderabad, India, Divi's operates three manufacturing units with over 16,500 cubic meters of annual capacity, three R&D centers staffed by more than 700 scientists, and quality teams exceeding 2,000 analysts; it exports to over 100 countries across North America, Europe, Asia and other regions. In recent developments, Divi's entered a long-term manufacturing and supply agreement in May 2025 with an international pharmaceutical company for advanced intermediates, prompting plans to invest INR 650-750 crore in capacity expansion funded by customer advances, with operations targeted by January 2027; the deal anticipates meaningful long-term revenue contributions without external financing or structural changes. The company maintains a subsidiary, Divi's Nutraceuticals, and reported consolidated net profit growth to INR 662 crore in the March 2025 quarter alongside revenue of INR 2,585 crore.
