To support its loan portfolio expansion and enhance capital adequacy, the company completed a rights issue raising 1,600 lakh rupees in March 2025, expanded its authorized share capital to 25 crore rupees, and implemented executive leadership and board governance adjustments to accelerate business expansion across target regional markets.
