Growington Ventures serves the Indian market with international sourcing from regions such as Vietnam and South Africa, and distributes through wholesalers to hotels, restaurants, and retail outlets; it maintains a fully-owned subsidiary, Growington Food Trading LLC in Dubai, UAE, to support its global operations. Formerly known as VMV Holidays Limited, the company shifted its primary business from travel and tourism services--including air ticket bookings, tour packages, hotel reservations, car rentals, visas, event management, and wedding planning--to fruits import and export following a name change in October 2021. In early 2024, its Dubai subsidiary finalized a strategic partnership with an agri-commodity firm in Vietnam to secure steady supplies of fresh produce such as fruits, guava, lime, and other agricultural items starting in the first quarter, alongside expanded distribution networks in the UAE. Recent financial performance reflects robust growth, with consolidated sales rising 85% to INR 63.52 crore for the fiscal year ended March 2025 and net profit increasing 117% to INR 2.48 crore; the company also secured enhanced credit facilities from ICICI Bank, taking over a INR 7.5 crore facility from Indian Bank and increasing it to INR 8.5 crore, while planning a rights issue and potential capital augmentation through equity or other securities in 2025.
