Incorporated in 1991 as Haldyn Glass Gujarat Limited and renamed Haldyn Glass Limited in 2011, the company, promoted by Haldyn Corporation Limited, operates a state-of-the-art plant in Gavasad village near Vadodara, Gujarat, India, with furnace capacities supporting up to 280 tonnes per day following the startup of furnace 3 in September 2023 supplied by Horn Glass Industries featuring end-fired design, E-Fusion-Power Boosting and HRD-BEAM glass level measurement; it maintains headquarters in Mumbai and serves domestic and export markets principally in India. Recent developments include the commissioning of the new 280 TPD furnace 3 with five production lines to enhance capacity and efficiency, consolidated net sales growth to Rs 115.71 crore in September 2025 up 9.26% year-over-year, a recommended final dividend of Rs 0.70 per share for FY2025, and plans to establish a glass bottle decoration plant at Gavasad to broaden service offerings.
