Keltech Energies Limited, formerly Karnataka Explosives Ltd, was founded in 1977 and is headquartered in Bengaluru, India, as part of the Chowgule Group. In 2025, the company strengthened its board with new appointments including Mahesh Vijay Wataney as managing director and CEO, Deepak Balkrishna Jadhav, Janhavi Rajeev Apte Kothari, Satish Vasant Ghatge, and Vasudev Narayan Tumbe as independent and additional directors to support strategic oversight and operations.
