Mercury Trade Links sources commodities directly from agricultural producers and manufacturing entities through structured procurement and advance agreements, supplying agricultural processors, wholesalers, and regional distributors throughout India. In recent corporate developments, the company transitioned its primary business model from legacy investment and financial activities to full-scale commercial agro-commodity trading, relocated its registered office and corporate base to Ahmedabad, completed an equity rights issue in late 2024 to reinforce working capital and operational liquidity, and executed key leadership and board of directors restructuring to guide its agricultural market expansion.
