Founded in 1983 and headquartered in Bengaluru, India, Murudeshwar Ceramics serves domestic markets through 73 company-owned showrooms across A, B, and C grade cities and 42 regional depots, with exports to the Americas, Europe, and other international markets; it maintains ISO 9001-2000 certification and operates R&D cells for innovations in colors, designs, textures, finishes, and sizes. Recent developments include receipt of INR 109.8 million in funding from Murudeshwar Power Corporation Limited and Naveen entities, along with projects to expand vitrified tile production at the Sira plant and ceramic wall tile output at Karaikal; the company also generates solar and wind energy for sustainable green tile manufacturing and a sewage treatment plant.
