Omax Autos Limited manufactures sheet metal, tubular welded and machined components for the automotive, railway and heavy fabrication sectors. It serves original equipment manufacturers across two-wheelers, three-wheelers, passenger cars, commercial vehicles, off-highway equipment and railways, with primary operations in India through nine manufacturing plants in locations including Dharuhera, Gurgaon, Manesar, Bawal, Sidhrawali, Bangalore, Binola and Lucknow. Founded in 1983 and headquartered in Gurgaon, Haryana, Omax Autos went public in 1986 and maintains a workforce exceeding 3,500 employees. Recent developments include the appointment of Sanjeev Kumar as chief financial officer and re-appointment of Jatender Kumar Mehta as vice chairman and managing director in July 2025, following the resignation of Sakshi Kaura as managing director in July 2025; re-operationalization of the Bawal plant with resumed sales; expansion of railway business capabilities; and declaration of a dividend of 1 rupee per share in July 2024.
