Additionally, Ortin manufactures API intermediates including anti-retroviral, anti-diabetic, analgesic, antifungal, and antibacterial agents along with fine chemicals and specialty chemicals such as Grignard and alkali metal products. The company operates a manufacturing unit in Medak, Andhra Pradesh, equipped with modern facilities adhering to WHO GMP standards. Recent strategic developments include a corporate name change from Ortin Laboratories Limited to Ortin Global Limited in June 2024, reflecting its expanded global aspirations. The company is contemplating entry into the over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceutical segment as part of its long-term growth strategy, aims to achieve WHO GMP certification, and plans to launch innovative biotechnology products targeting orthopedic and dental markets.
